Since 2005 MP LUKAS (MPL) has been performing advisory services to national and international enterprises as well as public institutions, developing their businesses in Poland, within security and defense domain. In our activities we take advantage of over forty years’ experience, gained during professional military service, in country and abroad as well as working for Polish Armed Forces key modernization programs, staying both on the side of customers as well as contractors.

Cooperation OFFER

MP LUKAS offers following services:

  • market and other analysis for general purpose and areas of clients’ particular business interest;
  • periodic reports concerning situation’s changes and development within client’s area of interest;
  • advisory, coordination and direct suport to client’s all planned business activities in terms of cooperation with military institutions, defence industry and other public as well as non – governmental entities, offices and companies;
  • advisory on legal requirements, implementation of applicable procedures and coordination of legal suport for activities to be conducted in Poland;
  • participation and direct suport to business meetings and negotiations;
  • support to administration activities relating to business operations being implemented in Poland;
  • advisory and coordination concerning media contacts, promotion campaingns, preparation of professional marketing information, acquisition official translations and experts’ opinions;
  • planning, coordination and implementation of business trips in Poland: travel coordination, hotel booking, transportation;
  • Direct escort of persons travelling in Poland and participation – upon request – in all planned meetings and other activitities;
  • Other services as requested and mutually agreed.

All analysis as well as other information MP LUKAS prepares and delivers are based on publically available information. Access to classified information requires application to respective state’s authorities in accordance with appropriate procedures.

MP LUKAS OFFERS COOPERATION ON THREE DIFFERENT LEVELS OF COMMITMENT

I. Cooperation in the field of individual projects.
Cooperation is limited to single projects, does not require the full involvement of engaged parties,neither entails mutual obligations after completion of agreed tasks. MP LUKAS recommends this type of cooperation as a trial contract, with possibility of extension after its expiry, on the terms cooperation in the area of interest.
II. Cooperation in the defined area of interest agreed with contractor.
MP LUKAS ensures full commitment and exclusivity to represent the interest of contractor in the agreed area of cooperation, for the duration of contract, and provides a period of „freezing the area of cooperation” after its expiry. Signing of the contract will only be possible when the concerned area of interest has not been earlier contracted. For this kind of commitment we apply the principle of „First come, first served”.
III. Full scale cooperation.
Option for the entity interested in obtaining MP LUKAS’ services to the full extent, without time and task limitations, might be the subject of negotiations and respective agreement. In case of such business cooperation’s arrangement, MP LUKAS will withdraw from the market and allocate its all available resources at the sole disposal of contractor, guaranteeing exclusivity of services and representing its interest in all aspects of the agreed cooperation. MP LUKAS will also guarantee a „freezy” period after contract’s expiry and will not cooperate with another company in the area specified in the agreement and implemented upon contract’s conditions.

COMPENSATION

Compensation for MP LUKAS’ services is based on the calculated work time allocated to the contracted project. It consists of three main parts and includes:

1. Own costs:

  • costs of own work on the project: its analysis and development, preparation of necessary documentation: reports, updates, marketing information, presentations. Conducting informal meetings and carrying out other coordination activities. Purchase of the necessary professional expertise, etc.;
  • office costs: administration, communication, access to databases, legal advice and accounting;
  • transportation costs

2. Reimbursement of necessary and agreed with the contractor expenses incurred:

travel costs, organization of official meetings, rental of conference rooms, cost of publications, printing of marketing materials, cost of advertising and PR campaigns, preparation of independent or official expert opinions, official translations, etc.

3. Compensation for achieved results:

if the cooperating company achieves – with MP LUKAS’ assistance – the corresponding commercial success, then it will compensate with a premium based on the accountable value the achieved business success.
